Our clients deserve clarity on how AI is used in their projects, which is why every AI-assisted deliverable undergoes human review and finalization process. This “human-in-the-loop” mandate ensures accountability, protects client intellectual property, and upholds the highest standards of quality and ethical integrity.
Every project begins with human-driven insights, drawing from discovery sessions and first-party data. AI is then leveraged for synthesis, optimization, and efficiency—streamlining processes without replacing human judgment. While AI helps us work smarter, responsibility for all decisions and final work products always rests with our team.

Equally important is what we don’t use AI for. We never let it create final logos, website copy, or brand assets without substantial human oversight. We also avoid relying on AI for integration guidance, since system data can be outdated; instead, we consult APIs, vendor documentation, and direct sources to ensure accuracy.
Strict privacy standards protect client data. AI tools are used only within secure, vetted systems, and we never sell or expose client information to unverified third parties.
Every AI-assisted deliverable undergoes a rigorous human editorial process. Our team fact-checks, applies client-specific tone and brand guidelines, ensures originality, and mitigates bias. We also use AI prompts to evaluate its own output, weighing pros and cons to inform our decisions.
AI may accelerate parts of our process, but human expertise always leads. No deliverable leaves LAIRE without 100% human review and finalization, ensuring every piece meets our standards of quality, creativity, and care.
Our Code of Ethics
We are committed to using only vetted, business-grade AI tools, such as Gemini, ChatGPT Pro, Replit, Claude, Breeze AI, and CoPilot, and we never submit confidential client data to public or non-approved models. Protecting client information and maintaining trust are non-negotiable.
Transparency is equally important. Our AI policy is publicly available, and we openly answer questions about how AI is used in our process. Clients always retain ownership of the final work product, our work-for-hire agreements remain intact, and we continuously monitor the evolving legal landscape to safeguard these rights.
Quality and integrity guide every step. All AI-assisted content is reviewed and fact-checked by subject matter experts before finalization, ensuring accuracy, originality, and inclusivity—standards that speed alone cannot achieve. Efficiency matters, but never at the expense of trust or excellence.
