We mainly work with B2B industries, including manufacturing, finance, software/tech, and construction. We also work with companies that offer professional services, such as accounting, leadership coaching, and high-end consulting.

Who is your ideal client?

Our ideal customer wants to generate qualified, sales-ready leads through their website. They have a considered buying process which includes research, evaluation, and comparison, rather than purely transactional. 

They can be an original manufacturer of goods, products, and services (a direct or channel sales model is fine, too) with average sales ranging from $500 to $50k. Their marketing investment is usually medium to high, roughly 15% to 30% of the revenue goal.

What is included in a monthly retainer?

This depends upon what your needs and goals are and the marketing strategy that’s been set for you. Most often, this includes content creation — such as blogs, website pages, and email campaigns — graphics for the content, social media, reporting, and paid media management. CRM and marketing automation optimization are also very popular.

What is your process to address challenges or issues?

When you partner with us, you get a dedicated account manager who is committed to ensuring that you receive the best service, quality, and deliverables possible. Your account manager is your go-to liaison for anything related to your marketing engagement. We put great value in clear and consistent communication and always respond within one business day.

If you should experience any issues, your account manager is your primary point of contact. They’re there to help you. We encourage your feedback and can typically implement about two rounds of revisions per project. There is some leeway with this depending on the scope and complexities of the task, but generally, we plan for two revisions.
