HubSpot Implementation vs Onboarding
Unlike onboarding—which helps you get familiar with HubSpot—implementation is a full strategic build tailored to your workflows and goals. We configure pipelines, automations, custom properties, integrations, reporting, and more so HubSpot works your way.
It involves multiple steps of interviewing the various stakeholders that are a part of your process (managers, reps, technical specialists, etc.) to gather information about how the customization of Hubspot should be carried out.
From there we create a project plan that outlines the goals, timing, and steps that is approved by you
Then once approved, we move forward and build out HubSpot aligned with your business and processes set in the plan
Afterwards, once we review the final build of the portal, we create documentation to guide your team through the new processes built out in HubSpot. We then go through multiple training sessions with your team to guide them through the build live.
Finally, we launch with the new build and go-live with your team by providing active ongoing support
This whole process involves regular weekly 30min meetings with our team, multiple 1hr workshop, training, and portal review calls. This will also require at least 1-2 hours of operational effort per week from your team for a successful implementation.
