The last quarter of the year is largely about planning, tidying up processes, and setting your systems up for a strong start in January. As Q4 ramps up, it’s the perfect time to take advantage of the newest HubSpot beta features.

What makes these betas even more exciting is that HubSpot is known for constantly listening to its customers and rolling out features that directly solve everyday pain points. These additions are real solutions built from user feedback, designed to save time and reduce headaches.

Since many are rolling out gradually, you may not see them in every portal yet, which makes now the moment to get ahead of the curve. Revenue ops, sales ops, marketing ops, and service teams particularly stand to gain the most from these timely updates.

Let’s chat about these new features (and how they can help your organization) in greater detail.

Automatic Duplicate Merging (Ops Pro & Enterprise – Public Beta)

Few things frustrate RevOps and data managers more than sifting through duplicate records. Until now, teams have spent hours weeding out copies of the same contact or company, sometimes even risking lost opportunities if multiple reps reached out to the same person.

The new Automatic Duplicate Merging feature tackles the duplicate conundrum by automatically merging records when there’s an exact 1:1 property match, like the same email or phone number.

Why It Matters

First, it saves countless hours of manual cleanup, freeing teams from clicking through endless duplicate lists. Second, it reduces data clutter and ensures your CRM stays cleaner and more reliable.

Use Cases

That translates into smoother sales handoffs, better reporting accuracy, and fewer embarrassing “oops” moments when two people email the same prospect. It also gives RevOps teams more confidence when building reports, since duplicate data can skew conversion metrics or pipeline forecasts.

For frontline reps, cleaner records mean less time second-guessing which contact is “the right one” and more time focusing on revenue-generating activities.

Limitations

This beta only works with exact matches, so nuanced duplicates still require manual review. Think of it as a huge time saver, but not a silver bullet. Still, it’s a massive leap forward for data hygiene and efficiency.

*This feature is only available for Ops Pro and Enterprise customers, making it a compelling reason to upgrade.

Hubspot CRM Features: Map View for Index Pages (Private Beta)

For years, teams have relied on messy Excel exports or Google Maps hacks to visualize where their contacts and companies are located.

HubSpot’s new Map View for CRM Index Pages eliminates that hassle by adding a native map visualization directly inside the CRM. No exports, no third-party tools. Just a clean, built-in way to see where your data lives.

Why It Matters

It opens the door to smarter, location-based strategies.

Sales teams can quickly identify nearby contacts to maximize field visits. Marketing teams can plan geo-targeted outreach and run localized campaigns with confidence. RevOps can analyze regional trends, track performance by geography, and optimize coverage gaps without juggling multiple tools.

Use Cases

Planning a lunch-and-learn in Atlanta? Instantly see which contacts are within 50 miles. Running geo-targeted ads? Compare CRM data to performance by zip code. For any team with regional responsibilities, this feature turns HubSpot into a powerful territory management tool.

Limitations

As a private beta, availability is limited, so not everyone will see it in their portal yet.

Record Cloning (Private Beta)

Duplicating records in HubSpot has long been a headache. Teams often cobbled together clunky workflows, plugins, or manual workarounds just to copy information from one record to another.

Another of the HubSpot betas to look for is the new Record Cloning feature. It finally solves that pain point with a simple Clone button that lets you duplicate contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and even custom objects.

Why It Matters

Record cloning streamlines processes and eliminates wasted effort. Every cloned record preserves its configured properties and associations, meaning teams can replicate complex setups without missing key details. This is especially powerful for organizations managing repeatable processes across multiple objects.

Use Cases

Sales teams duplicating similar deals, service teams cloning tickets for repeat issues, and ops teams managing processes across custom objects can all save significant time. Because it works across both standard and custom objects, it’s a huge win for more complex HubSpot instances.

Limitations

As with other betas, availability is limited to select portals, so not everyone can access it yet. But given the high demand for this functionality, adoption is expected to be widespread once it’s fully released.

Board View for Companies (Beta in Companies Object)

Managing companies in HubSpot has always meant working from list or table views, which made it harder to track account progress. With the new Board View for Companies, teams can now manage companies in a familiar kanban-style layout, similar to how deals and tickets are organized.

Why It Matters

Having visual pipeline management on the company level makes it easier to track accounts as they move through key lifecycle stages. Teams can segment companies from Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer, and clearly see where each account stands.

Use Cases

Account managers tracking enterprise clients, reps guiding companies through the sales development process, or ABM teams managing target account lists can all benefit. The board view makes it natural to monitor movement, identify stuck accounts, and keep outreach aligned.

Limitations

This is still in beta and limited to the Companies object for now. But for teams already using the Deals Board, this will feel intuitive. It’s a big Hubspot ABM beta feature that makes account-based management more seamless.

What These Betas Mean for Your Team

These new HubSpot features are strategic tools designed to help teams finish the year strong and set the stage for next year’s growth.

From automation with Automatic Duplicate Merging, to visualization with Map View and Board View for Companies, to efficiency with Record Cloning, each beta reduces manual work and makes HubSpot more powerful out of the box.

For teams evaluating an upgrade, many of these capabilities are part of HubSpot Enterprise or Operations Hub, making Q4 the ideal time to review your plan and ensure you’re ready to scale.

Experimenting now pays off: By testing workflows and building team confidence before year-end, you’ll enter 2026 with cleaner data, smoother processes, and a workforce prepared to leverage the latest functionality, resulting in fewer roadblocks, higher productivity, and a real competitive edge.
