She is continually exploring emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance creative workflows, improve efficiency, and unlock new possibilities for both clients and the agency.

Laura co-founded LAIRE with her husband, Todd, and is the proud mother of two, Skylah and Tristan. Having studied both art and international business, she brings an uncommon blend of creativity and strategic thinking to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling with her family, and pursuing creative projects.
